Membership/Networking Organisations in the
CUSTOMER SERVICE NETWORK

The Customer Service Network is a membership organization that aims to promote excellence in customer service – Members learn excellence from each other.

In any field there is nothing so valuable as meeting others in business – listening to them, talking to them and visiting their places of work to find out what makes them successful and gaining new ideas for your organization.

This is the essence of the Customer Service Network. It is an independent organization, which brings together managers and directors, concerned with customer service to enable them to share views and share experience with like minded people. Membership includes several hundred organizations covering most areas of business, manufacturing, services, IT, utilities, government, etc.

The Network's events are held all over the United Kingdom and are both stimulating and relaxed with participation actively encouraged. As well as networking opportunities, you will be able to hear knowledgeable speakers present their latest thinking on customer service, new techniques for measurement and critical issues such as turning complaints into profit.

The Customer Service Network is different from other associations because it is a practical forum for professionals covering all aspects of customer service and all sections of business.

Membership is corporate which means that any representative from an organization can attend events so the most appropriate person can always join in.

The main activities revolve around interactive networking days, site visits and workshops; supported by a range of membership services including customer satisfaction measurement, service excellence audits, complaint management and benchmarking.
